The story of The Beer Doctor of Texas is deeply rooted in the passion and hard work of Robert Cantrell, President of Operations. 

 

Having spent 18 years in the restaurant industry, Robert started his journey as a supervisor at a warehouse. His expertise in selling CO2 and working on beer systems inspired him to launch his own business. With just $10 in his pocket, a full tank of gas, and an unwavering determination to succeed, he turned his dream into reality. 

 

Robert is versatile and has exceptional talent in working with contractors, designers, and architects, which is evident from his work on numerous projects, ranging from local Mom & Pop Bars and Restaurants to Dallas Cowboys Stadium.

 

What sets Robert apart is his commitment to treating every account with equal importance. He believes in treating every account like his #1 account, regardless of whether it has 30 taps or just one. According to him, everyone just wants cold beer.

 

Robert loves what he does, and his pride lies in going into a restaurant with a system that looks to be 75 years old and having it nice and shining, pouring 34-degree beer after he gets his hands on it. He believes that this is what it's all about. After building his network for 18 years in the food and beverage industry, Robert is building a name for himself as "the best to ever do it."

 

With Joshua, his son, joining the company, The Beer Doctor's vision has been expanded, and his dream has taken on a new dimension. Joshua's inclusion has brought fresh ideas and energy to the business.

 

Robert's top priority has always been customer service, and he believes that "family is first, and everyone is family in this industry."
